Business Setup & Onboarding

Level and fee are set by your assessment — Guided Activation, Assisted Migration, or Full Buildout.

Membership gets you the platform. Onboarding is the one-time engagement that gets your data, integrations, and operating cadence set up correctly so Vortex OS can actually run your business.

Onboarding scope depends on

  • Business size and complexity
  • QuickBooks condition and data quality
  • Existing historical data and how much needs to be normalized
  • Required integrations (CRM, project management, communications, banking)
  • Workflow and operating-system setup depth
  • Training and implementation support for your team

FAQ

Common questions

Why is pricing tied to my revenue?+

Every Vortex OS plan unlocks the same operating layer. Pricing scales with the stage of the business so the platform is priced the way you'd actually value it — not tiered by feature.

Which plan is right for me?+

You don't pick it — Vortex does, after the free assessment. The assessment collects your revenue band, systems, and how your business runs today, and returns the exact plan and onboarding scope that fits.

Does the free assessment cost anything?+

No. The Business Reconstruction Assessment is free. It's the honest starting point — it tells us (and you) exactly what your business needs before anyone talks about implementation.

What if my business is above $50M in revenue?+

Vortex OS currently serves contractors and construction companies from under $500K up to $50M. Above that, we're not the right fit yet and won't try to sell you a plan that isn't built for you.

Do I need a separate onboarding engagement?+

Yes, for the beta. Onboarding is a one-time scoped engagement that gets your data, QuickBooks, integrations, and workflows configured. The exact fee is set by the assessment — it's not a negotiation.

Do I have to replace my CRM, project management, or accounting software?+

No. Vortex OS is designed to sit on top of the systems you already run. It reads from them and turns the data into intelligence and recommendations.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Membership is month-to-month during the beta. If Vortex OS isn't helping you run the business, you shouldn't be paying for it.
